Ron Gfeller CFO, John O. Farmer Oil

Ron Gfeller is the Chief Financial Officer and Portfolio Manager for John O. Farmer, et al. a privately held group of family owned businesses.

The flagship corporation, John O. Farmer, Inc., is one of the largest oil and gas producing companies in the State of Kansas. Ron joined the 60 year old company in 1989 as Corporate Controller added the Portfolio Manager title in 1990 and became Chief Financial Officer in 1999.

In 1991, Ron formed the Farmer Family Asset Allocation Co. and the Farmer Family Tax-Free Co., both family investment partnerships: The Tax-Free partnership was liquidated in 1999. As CFO and Portfolio Manager, Ron is responsible for the performance of the partnership. The partnership is active in public equity markets, private equity, fixed income, commodities and options.

Ron is also the investment manager for the Farmer Trust Complex, a diverse mix of family related trusts, partnerships and limited liability companies.

In addition to the iMagic Board, Ron serves on the Board of John O. Farmer, Inc and Trenton Ag Products, a closely held ethanol production facility located in Trenton, Nebraska.

Ron holds a BS from Kansas State University in Business Administration-Accounting.
