Stuart Schwartz

Stuart has served as corporate counsel for iMagic Software since its
inception in 2002.
Stuart is a graduate of Harvard Law School and has been practicing law for
over 25 years in California with his own firm since 1984 and prior to that
time as an associate and partner with the Los Angeles law firm of De Castro,
West, Chodorow & Burns. His practice has been primarily focused on business
and commercial transactions, and he serves as corporate counsel for
privately held companies operating in number of diverse fields including
software.
Stuart has an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Economics, also from from MIT. He has served as a judge pro tem for
the San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties’ municipal courts, been a
adjunct professor of law at the La Verne University College of Law and
currently is part time law instructor for the University of Phoenix. Prior
to attending law school, he was a commercial banker at State Street Bank and
Trust in Boston, Massachusetts.”
